Individual Sessions
For competitive athletes who want to close the gap between their physical preparation and how they actually perform under pressure. We start with an honest assessment of where your mental game is breaking down, then build a personalized plan around the skills that will move the needle most for you. Sessions are 40 minutes, held weekly in person (Portland, OR) or virtually. Most athletes start with a 6-session engagement.

Team & Group Workshops
For competitive teams, club programs, and athletic departments looking to build a shared mental performance culture. Content is tailored to your team's specific challenges: managing competition pressure, building cohesion, or developing resilience across a long season. Workshops range from single sessions to multi-session programs and can be delivered in person or virtually.

Work with Ian from anywhere. All individual sessions and consulting packages are available fully remotely or in person. Ian works with athletes and teams across the country via video call, with the same structured approach as in-person work. If you're outside Portland or prefer the flexibility of remote sessions, this is where to start.
